Quick turnaround on quotations
We pride ourselves in service delivery tour customers, therefore we will meet you on site , measure and discuss design options , material options , and have your quote ready within 36 hours of measuring. The quote will consist of a 3D rendering and plan view of your design , as well as different pricing options on materials asked to priced. Samples of materials will also be presented for your approval. On materials such as paint techniques and stain-work , we will prepare and re-prepare your sample until you as customer is satisfied and can sign off on a sample that is to your satisfaction. On granite and quarts worktops it is very difficult to sign off on a small sample , and it is always better to visit the suppliers itself , and visually see and book the slabs to be installed on your project.

We also have a principle of only starting with the installation once we have EVERYTHING , meaning all the material on your project. We believe in effectiveness , and a short turnaround time on our projects. Our customers do not have to deal with frustrating delays in call backs, receiving update reports, getting answers, results or simply not getting things done. Lead time on your project.
We pride ourselves to be on time , from start to finish.. It is rare that we have to delay or postpone a contract by a day or two. The world is not perfect , we also deal with suppliers , and although we try to deal with the most reliable companies , machines do break , weather does happen , and as back-up we try and double our suppliers for such unforeseen circumstances to keep to our schedule. When kitchen companies are late with their deliveries it normally causes a huge chain reaction in that plumbers, tilers, builders, and electricians are delayed. But the flip-side of the coin is also true, therefore, we will inspect your site on a regular basis weeks and days before the installation , overseeing points critical to our successful and timely installation, such as electrical and plumbing points installed at the right places etc.
